Back in the Saddle…Once Again!

I’ve been thinking over my path in life.  And I’ve been thinking that maybe my whole second degree in graphic design was a mistake.  My original education was in acupuncture, TCM, and a sound foundation in both eastern and western medicine.  Changing to commercial art in my 30’s might not have been the right decision.  My main problem with doing acupuncture or any other aspect of wholistic medicine is that I can’t stay on my feet more than an hour or so, I get back pain.

Rather than try to avoid the problem by getting a career field in something in front of a computer, I should do the opposite and confront my shortcoming in physical health.  So instead of running away from the problem, I am going to solve it at it’s root.

I should be doing more yoga and veganism and spend less time infront of the computer.  The computer is a useful tool for reaching many people, but it should not be the main thing in work, play, or anything else.  It is just technology.

More of my life and career should be involved in yoga, health, veganism, and educating people who’ve essentially been lied to by the government, the media, and big business.

It would be a pity to stop posting on this blog after a good 2 and a half year run.  So I just wanted to let the people who read this blog know, I’m back in the health business.

The End of an Era

Things are shifting in my life and career, and I feel the end is near for this blog.  2019 is almost here, and in April 2019 I will have the choice of spending another hundred dollars to keep the domain name or let it revert to nativefitness.wordpress.com which is much bulkier and less easy to remember.

The thing is, I’m tired of talking about nutrition.  It’s not that complicated.  Protein and Vegetables.  Fruit and Honey should be seen as a side.  Dairy and Grain is the worst.  At the end of the day, it’s calories in and calories out.  If you understand this, you can eat garbage and still be lean and in robust health.

I want to focus on creating visual art and writing about it to explain it to the audience.  I have to let go of my TCM education.

I dont want to leave all my followers, readers, and fellow bloggers here on wordpress.

I just want to tell them that I have a new website http://www.lioravnidesignwriter.com and I post on a new blog within the site, I keep people up to date, and I have a Works page where people can preview or purchase my art designs.

Believe me, you don’t need my nutritional advice, and this blog will never go away, it will just remain under a longer, unwieldy domain name.

See you on the flip side.
