You invest large amounts of capital into wellness facilities, it’s important these facilities have basic operation practices. We set up essential type functions: number/track equipment, facility review, operation review, suggestions based on findings, set schedule phone calls.

Essentially we become your expert operations support system. We also will be onsite 2 x a year, not only covering operations but teaching/reviewing essential facility service/maintenance. If employee turnover is a challenge, no problem nothing is lost, we keep the “machine” running.

Complete Facility Operations
Our team is your team! We completely take over operations of your facility with best of industry practices specific to Natives. We work directly with you on success metrics, to evaluate on a monthly basis. We work with existing HR to aid in hiring to help us fill positions with tribal members who are willing to learn but other than that, we take it from there.
