We offer three different levels of management services, from as simple as being the back end facility management with essential protocols to complete full facility management with our staff.

L1

LEVEL 1

You invest large amounts of capital into wellness facilities, it’s important these facilities have basic operation practices. We set up essential type functions: number/track equipment, facility review, operation review, suggestions based on findings, set schedule phone calls.

LEVEL 2

Foundation to success in any industry is knowing your success metrics. After a thorough understanding of your facility we start by implementing a member tracking system! We work with staff on everything from best practices to setting goals along with everything in between. Essentially we become operations for your facility, if employee turnover is a challenge no problem nothing is lost, we keep the “machine” running.

LEVEL 3

Our team is your team!
We completely take over operations of your facility with best of industry practices specific to Natives. We work directly with you on success metrics, to evaluate on a monthly basis. We work with existing HR to aid in hiring to help us fill positions with tribal members who are willing to learn but other than that, we take it from there.
